There is no charge for any transaction if the order is cancelled before the Delivery Order (D.O.) is issued and within two hours of confirming the booking.
Transactions cancelled after the issuance of the booking but before picking of the consignment will attract a cancellation fee of 10% of the total charge. Exceptionally, for regular customers decision may decide to waive-off this charge.
For new customers, shipments with unpaid deposits will not be processed. There is no obligation to cancel a shipment with unpaid deposit. For existing clients are as in our service agreement.

Any transaction where cargo is shipped, 100% freight shall be termed as earned fully and non-refundable due to any reason. Deescon reserves their right to handle such matters on case to case basis covering any loss, liability, consequences and additional charges incurred by the co-loader. Deescon can well manage expectations should your parcel is re-booked for any other country.
